Abstract

This paper explores the adoption of fintech solutions in the creative economy, focusing on their potential to enhance financial inclusion and improve market accessibility for creative entrepreneurs. As the creative economy continues to grow globally, the integration of financial technologies (fintech) presents a significant opportunity for overcoming traditional barriers faced by creative sector actors, such as limited access to capital and inefficient financial services. This study employs a qualitative approach through a literature review and library research, analyzing existing theoretical and empirical studies on fintech adoption and its impacts on financial inclusion within the creative economy. The findings indicate that fintech solutions, such as mobile payments, peer-to-peer lending, and blockchain, provide accessible and affordable financial services that can empower creative entrepreneurs, particularly in developing economies. These technologies not only streamline financial processes but also expand market reach, enabling creative businesses to connect with a broader customer base and investors. Additionally, the study highlights the role of regulatory frameworks and digital infrastructure in facilitating the effective integration of fintech in the creative economy. The paper concludes by offering policy recommendations to foster fintech adoption and address challenges that may hinder its widespread application in the creative sectors.
